On Saturday, October 24th, some of our youth and I participated in the annual "Great Pumpkin Chase" sponsored by Young Life, the Christian youth organization. The object is to be the first team to find the Great Pumpkin. Each team is given clues to lead them through 10 different stations scattered all around Pueblo County. At the 9th station the final clue leads to the location of the Great Pumpkin.Out of over 50 teams, made up from over 800 teenagers, our Pueblo West Baptist "Team Edge" finished 3rd, an outstanding achievement for our 1st time participating! Congratulations Halie, Tashe, and Eli for doing a terrific job! It was an awesome experience!
